Meditation and Mindfulness

Meditation, used for 1000’s of years as a way for people to reconnect with their inner being.  At it’s most fundamental it offers, rest, relaxation and release from the pressures of everyday life.   As you progress and master your thoughts it offers: perspective, healing and a temporary sanctuary for the mind where you can work through problems, conflicts and pressure.

For those who would like something a little more attainable, there is Mindfulness which comes from the practice Buddhist and Hindu practices but relates to a more sensory awareness of where you are.   It brings focus, openness and allows the mind to refresh and re-energise.   With simple short multi-sensory exercises it declutters your mind.

With each of these techniques you can choose from a 1, 3 or 5 day program.    Each program is customized for you and your needs.

For those of you who would like to understand more about Meditation or Buddhist practices, this is the perfect place.   You can be beginner taking their first steeps or you can be an explorer looking for different experiences or more depth with more complex techniques.
